Autentico s.r.l. développe des produits matériels et logiciels innovants dans les domaines de la lutte contre la contrefaçon et de la logistique des produits en utilisant la technologie RFID. L'entreprise est composée de professionnels ayant une solide expertise technique et 10 ans d'expérience en Recherche & Développement appliqué à l'industrie. T4MED was created with the mission of connecting people, technologies and processes in Telemedicine. TECHNOLOGY & INNOVATION SPACE & DIGITAL CARE
B-space makes the IT experience gained by Tesisquare's professionals available to private individuals and small and medium-sized enterprises. It represents the company's service division and provides equipment and support to Tesisquare customers. it consists of two divisions: "Technology and innovation space" for hardware sales and support and "Digital care division" for the future care of the silver age with the TAD 'project' tele home care.
Il nous fallait identifier les solutions et les technologies capables d’accélérer la voie de la transformation digitale de la logistique de Ducati. Le chemin entamé avec Tesisquare nous a permis de mieux contrôler la chaîne d’approvisionnement en intégrant dans un seul portail toutes les données nécessaires pour assurer la gestion de l’approvisionnement et de la logistique opérationnelle en général. Nous pouvons tracer tous nos composants depuis le fournisseur jusqu’à l’arrivée et au chargement dans notre entrepôt. Grâce aux derniers développements, nous avons progressé afin de permettre à nos clients de suivre eux aussi nos stocks de produits finis et nos expéditions sortantes. Sans oublier le soutien de TESISQUARE dans la gestion des questions de plus en plus complexes du commerce extérieur compte tenu de la situation internationale actuelle »

Aujourd'hui, grâce à un portail unique, nous pouvons envoyer automatiquement aux fournisseurs les commandes d'achat depuis notre système ERP vers notre système SCM, ainsi que les documents connexes liés aux spécifications et aux dessins mis à jour. Nous pouvons ainsi gérer automatiquement les confirmations de commandes, les mises à jour et les avis d'expédition avec une extrême précision en ce qui concerne la disponibilité des biens en production, et ce grâce à l'amélioration de la ponctualité des fournisseurs.
L'introduction du nouveau TMS a non seulement permis d'optimiser les processus, mais nous a également poussés, lors de la cartographie des flux de travail, à analyser minutieusement nos procédures et nos opérations, ce qui, dans certains cas, nous a amenés à décider de revoir et de redéfinir les processus. Dans cette phase également, le soutien et les conseils de Tesisquare ont été déterminants pour la réussite de l'opération.
70% de notre budget est destiné au transport : nous avons 20 000 expéditions à gérer, avec 6 millions d'articles qui voyagent chaque jour. La tour de contrôle nous permet d'être plus réactifs, mais aussi plus attentifs aux besoins de nos clients. Grâce à la traçabilité des processus et à une numérisation très efficace, nous pouvons identifier à tout moment les opportunités et les risques de manière à disposer d'un système décisionnel très dynamique et proactif.
