Tesisquare acquires the italian software house Peritus

The inorganic growth of the Cuneo-based company continues, as it aims to strengthen its position in the Triveneto

TESISQUARE®, a leading Italian company in the creation of digital solutions for the Supply Chain, continues its growth in the Italian market through the acquisition of Peritus, an Italian software house specialising in management solutions and web/mobile apps.

The operation aims at integrating within the Cuneo-based company an Italian software house with great potential and a strong position in the Triveneto area, which will also help strengthen the Piedmontese group's action in this geographical area, one of the most vibrant territories in the country from an industrial point of view.

Founded in 1997 by a group of analysts, programmers and graphic designers, Peritus creates innovative scalable solutions to guarantee maximum flexibility to its client companies, which include international companies and large groups in the automotive, insurance, financial, healthcare, and food & beverage sectors.

This acquisition further consolidates Tesisquare's position within the Italian market through the integration of vertical competencies in order to increase its competitiveness and the company's inorganic growth. The Piedmontese group's strategy is aimed at consolidating innovative professional skills with a view to achieving constant and continuous growth.
