Designed by Dr. Giusto Viglino, Direttore Struttura Complessa di Nefrologia e Dialisi dell’Ospedale San Lazzaro di Alba – ASLCN2 in collaboration with TESISQUARE®, TESI eViSuS® system is a virtual partner able to create a network between hospitals, doctors, nurses, volunteers, and patients able to improve the quality of life and patients’satisfaction thanks to remote management and a dedicated assistance service.
“TESI eViSuS® allows you to carry out remotely: training for patients or caregivers, support for patients who are unable to independently manage therapies, monitoring of patients with high clinical complexity or difficulties in transferring to and from the medical centers – explains Dr. Giusto Viglino. TESI eViSuS® uses a totem equipped with a video camera and audio system, easily transportable to the patient’s home, which allows patients and hospitals to communicate via internet. This model of care and long-distance care makes it possible to achieve greater integration between hospital and territory, making access to treatment more equitable, effective and less costly. The telehealth system is currently working in 10 hospitals and care centers distributed throughout the national territory.
