Organization, Management, and Control Model - Legislative Decree 231/2001 (MOGC)

The Organization, Management, and Control Model (MOGC) is the framework Tesisquare has adopted to prevent unlawful conduct, safeguard corporate integrity, and strengthen our ethical commitment. In compliance with Legislative Decree 231/2001, the Model governs and organizes internal activities to prevent offenses and ensure the proper management of business processes.

This system of rules, procedures, and controls provides a solid reference framework for all Tesisquare employees and collaborators, ensuring that every action aligns with the highest standards of legality and transparency.

In addition, we have adopted a Whistleblowing Policy in accordance with Legislative Decree 24/2023.
