Ce syst\u00e8me innovant bas\u00e9 sur l\u2019intelligence artificielle a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour aider les collaborateurs du Customer Service \u00e0 r\u00e9diger des r\u00e9ponses toujours plus efficaces pour nos clients.<\/p>\n<p>\u200d<\/p>\n<h2>Qu\u2019est-ce que Reply Evaluator ?<\/h2>\n<p>\u200d<\/p>\n<p>Reply Evaluator est un outil avanc\u00e9 qui analyse la demande du client ainsi que la r\u00e9ponse fournie via le ticket.
