Reports should concern situations that the whistleblower has directly become aware of in the course of their employment or business relationship with TESISQUAR<\/strong>E.<br\/>Reporting possible violations is strongly encouraged to enable TESISQUARE to investigate thoroughly and take necessary corrective measures.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div employees or company collaborators, they can report directly to their immediate supervisor.<br\/>&#8211; In all cases, they can report directly, in any form, to TESISQUARE\u2019s relevant managers or alternatively to the Human Resources or Legal functions.<br\/>&#8211; In all cases, they can use the communication channel reachable through this page.<br\/><br\/>Reports can be made<strong> anonymously or with the individual\u2019s name<\/strong>, and they must be made in good faith, providing detailed and verifiable information to the extent
